Editorial note
We publish what remains useful.
Interiors are often presented as finished images. We are more interested in the decisions underneath: how light is directed, where circulation slows, which surfaces become better through use, and why some rooms feel settled without feeling static.
NORTHLINE is intentionally compact. There are no sponsored listings, no behavioural advertising and no pressure to fill a daily schedule. Each edition is arranged around a small theme and kept online as a permanent reference.
The project is published from Northern Europe and designed to work on modest connections, older devices and small screens.
Three commitments
Useful, calm and private by default.
Pages are lightweight, photographs are optimised, and the site does not depend on external font, script or analytics providers.
Basic web-server logs may be used for reliability and security, but the publication does not create visitor profiles.
